The articulating press arm system means the the path of motion is determined by the user. As a result, it feels more like lifting freeweights or dumbbells, but with all the safety and convenience of a cable machine. Includes high and low pulley positions for a variety of exercises. Quick release adapters make changing accessories a snap. Seat and roller positions are adjustable for different size users and different exercise positions. Leg Press option available.
